• Microphone & Audio: Active only when you use voice commands or interactive features with your AI ADI assistant.

• Internet Access: Necessary to power smart AI helper responses and display advertisements.

3. Fair Use & Daily Free Allowance

To keep our smart assistant free for everyone, we use a simple daily counter:

• Daily AI Credits: The app uses a standard, anonymous system ID to remember your device's daily free AI limit (e.g., 50 credits). This ensures a fair distribution of AI resources without requiring any email login or signup.

4. Smart Family & Child Safety Compliance (COPPA & Texas SB 2420)

As a globally distributed application with a family-friendly focus, we strictly adhere to children's digital safety regulations:

• Age-Appropriate Experience: The app automatically detects users under the age of 16 using official platform signals.
